I think you are possibly missing some points here. TGM has 9 granted UG licence. They could start mining anytime if they wish. The open-pit EA seem to be just one amendment of UG MR for one licence( see page 21 from the independent reserch report on their web-Mark Gordon), it also states soemething to do with apeal, based on their timeline I belive the apeal process should be finalized or under processing . So from this week announcement looks like these guys are moving along with the UG too. They said they started various PFS on P3 of their Presentation, i would expect some good news by end of this year. Maybe 90koz instead of 45koz for starter? Did any one here their Webinar? Did the Chairman talk to this?
