If the DRC choose to keep the full 25% they will then have to contribute capital (cash) to advance the project
If they they choose to reduce their holding to 10% they will effectively be free carried through the develoment and not have to contribute another cent whilst retaining all the financial benefits of being a 10% shareholder
That's the deal
Keep 25% have to pay your required contribution of costs to advance the project
Keep 10% pay nothing more and enjoy a free ride
I'm sure they'll run some numbers on the options in front of them
