Just to be clear, there has never been a duty on bulk wine shipments, only bottled wine.
The Chinese Govt just instructed customs to not let Australian bulk into the country. They could change that directive today if they were serious about dropping the duty on bottled wine.
I smell a rat and we should not trust them... Why does it take 5 months to review a tariff? They are either on or off on a particular good....
