Put simply - BOT is not subject to such restrictions and has unfettered access to the capital markets and the banking system as required and as one would expect for ASX listed / regulated companies. I just want to exercise caution when the words “criminal standing” are used in association with BOTs products as it’s distinctly irrelevant to their business.
