100% all of the above. It's the dam delays these guys experience all the time that is killing it. I thought maybe this new guy coming onboard is a sign the Monash trails are finishing up soon, and they took the lead researcher to MEM to facilitate future business development. But in the report it says he's coming to MEM and a major responsibility is to bloody supervise the Monash trials omfg. he starts late April, so he'd be able to hit the ground running but man how much longer ffs
