Yes they have been slow of foot ,but until recently ,say the last 6 months just about every explorer I'm invested in had its disenchants. Even on CNB ,there was no shortage of dissatisfaction. As I posted earlier ,I believe the main reason why so many explorers are firing now is because of the inflow of funds and the comfort that offers the exploration management ,knowing if they run short of funds it won't be a Herculean task to raise more capital.
The fear of sending a company broke can be fairly overwhelming and hence most management had to choose wisely where they allocated their exploration funds.
