Either that or chinese are too keen on taking this over either via mine financing or something similiar. Same story over with PDZ where chinese investors with mine making experience decided to invest over 85% including mine setup costs.
I suspect Sprott would be in discussion too to finance the project , not sure though that exposure to LSE would make much of a difference.
