Management mislead investors for a while, paired with management closely working with people who have been charged with fraud and that's a short answer. A lot of upside still and I'm very glad to see we appointed someone for this role finally. Hopefully the bumpy road is over now but quantum metals still need to pay out customers to remain our partner. Our main funding partner is also still under liquidity issues
