I'll tell you EXACTLY why the SP has been in the shit......
Jocelyn Bennett. It's that simple. Forget her trickle selling over 12 months for a minute.
She announced the GPA as a USD$300M funding that was to be provided over 30 months.
This was a complete phuckup on her part and miscommunication to the market, who have understandably punished BEZ's SP.
There is no such clause in the GPA for a monthly payment to be made, and essentially JB phucked us.
I would hope that in the next weeks or months that BEZ/Quantum make an announcement to set the story straight, since up to USD$300M has been contracted, it has NOT been stipulated to be paid by a certain timeframe.
