your not overly bullish are you lol, lots of approvals to get tho, mines dept, epa dust, noise, heritge ect ect. some people should just stick to bank stocks. rms has a big mine at edna may in wa, tried to expand a new pit was stopped for a stupid little plant for over 9 months. a mining lease means nothing without all the other approval to go with it. i should start mining classes soon.
