Couldn’t agree more, Francis looks to be building the dream team here. Right amount of experience and local knowledge. I know gold has been going mental as of late, but the work done at the bottom of the commodity cycle for Lithium by this team will pay large dividends when demand picks up.
Having all the right pieces of the puzzle in place and working towards a goal like the team at Vulcan has been is the correct approach to take. I clearly remember Kidman resources being laughed at when they started looking for lithium at 15c, fast forward three years later with a DFS in place and Wesfarmers came knocking with a $760 million buy out at $1.90 a share!
The point is, the work now will pay off later, as for management, that’s enough pats on the back, now get back to cracking on with it! Haha.
