Very smart of them. Cost them nothing, they were paid out at a higher value than the issuance and can now sell all the shares albeit into a weak market. I would take that deal any day of the week. If you wouldn’t take a deal that pays you out at a premium worth the risk…well, that’s hmmmm.
Talking about risk - A deal at $9.3m which would then issue them 90m plus shares was deemed NOT worth the risk by BMCG. They pulled the pin. If I were invested - I wouldn’t be saying thanks…I would be asking WHY ? There were shareholders here not all that long ago that were bragging about BMCG being willing to throw money at this…that they must know something for being invested Blah, blah, blah. Maybe those guys were right ? What do they now know in order to pull the pin ?
