Oh no Stirer….have a read of the sentence following the part you have highlighted. Clearly states the option is that of the Investors (BMCG) should the company (WKT) shareprice be trading at below 6c. Ummm, the pulled it early BMCG - even though WKT is trading at 11c.
That says a lot….makes it even more questionable as to why the Investor (BMCG) decided to exercise their right to pull the funding early when the company (WKT) is trading above their condition precedent.
