On who caused it to expire isn’t clear but there really wasn’t any reason for WKT to cancel it as they have already paid all the upfront fee shares and it was a standby facility in case of the unexpected. Perhaps they cancelled it to alleviate some shareholder concerns over the impact on share price, which would be ironic given all the cheering by holders when the BMCG facilities were first announced.

After the first anniversary NL. How could this be terminated after 12 months when BMCG has the choice to provide funding
