One minute he is saying WKT dont have the liquidity to sell all their shares and the next he is saying they can control any price movement up or down by absorbing any momentum upwards. If they wanted to get rid of their shares they would be holding back while the share price movement upwards would gain momentum. Exactly what Cabie has indicated
