A buy back at market prices would be a travesty considering yesterday they raised cash at 1.1c...today to buy back at 1.6-1.8c? That would be chucking it straight out the door. They'll neither be paying dividends nor buying back shares for quite some time. The capital reserve they have is being retained & invested into proving/booking field production/reserves to revalue the acreage they have. The capital allows them to accelerate that process.
