I own both VOR and TNT, bigger chunk in TNT which I am glad I did.
TNT buying VOR and getting rid of bad management would be about the best thing that they both would benefit from as VOR will get better management and TNT will monopolize the market.
However VOR may be too big and therefore too costly for TNT to purchase given their recent acquisitions as well.
Unless if TNT allow VOR to bleed some more before they jump in.
Would be good for others to comment on a take over.
