AGMs are always a joke, but this year takes the cake. Perth is in isolation and no zoom ect was organized. This from a tech business. This meeting in my opinion was unconstitutional.

Our capital is being disrespected and whittled away though poor management decisions.

Appointing new board members by the current board, would be pointless... so, please sell it.
