Having such a concentrated customer base is 100% a weakness. Customer concentration is never a good thing. It concentrates reliance/dependency/risk. Any loss of a contract would punch a major hole in revenue and earnings. This was my major operational concern when I held.
Sad but not unsurprising to see the SP weakness. Like an old girlfriend I’m already thinking of getting back into bed with VOR but maybe just for a quickie as trying to make a failing relationship work a 2nd time rarely works in my experience
