FYI, regarding the preference share raising, I sent the following to 6Degrees in July:
Further to our previous enquiry, could you also please advise what percentage of the Copahue project company will be owned by the 30 million preference shares?
and received the following response:
In terms of the preference shares - they don't not have any physical holding over the project, they are simply in a preferred position for any future dividends which are to be determined by the board - there is no guarantee on this.
I then replied pointing out that the announcement stated that the preference shares were for shares in the project company, and that that should be clarified. I never received a response.
