Well (in my opinion) as far as I could work out it (allegedly) has some board members the same and I guess Andre also has shares in it and Korab has some deal about 10% of some of the minerals it might find but it did get spun off and Link market services has it as an unlisted holding POMU.

It used to put annual reports on it's own website but that hasn't happened for years now and most of the links are 404 errors. Which is why it is hard for shareholders to know what is actually going on.
It has a ~$million loan from Korab that keeps getting extended each year so it is still sort of connected but it is still seperate at the moment unlike the other spin offs LUG and MGM that got sucked back in to Korab unexpectedly! (to say the least)

It was going to list at 0.20 but the consolidation now puts it at $1.40.

Your guess is as good as mine if it will ever list.
