really perverse.........as this will actually discourage the exercise of the options (you have to hold an expiring option to participate, you cannot exercise the option and get the share and then apply for more options!!!)
this seems like something explicitly to benefit option holders over shareholders......I suspect mgmt and the board have a lot of options
highway robbery from shareholders that actually paid full price for their sahres!
