Hi Stieni, the costs wont significantly reduce. The majority of costs are staff costs so the costs (in theory) should either remain the same or increase because how will the company on board Caproicorn and the "12 other franchises" without staff to do? Auto on-board will only go so far there is still configuration required and staff required to do that and support the new customer base with enquiries, no matter how intuitive the software is.
