They’re dead, and that announcement says as much: (“look at the exercise price versus the heads; we aren’t dumb enough to incur all the cost of sending out the paperwork to shareholders as it’s clear they’re cooked”).
It would be interesting if anybody has done the numbers as to where the lion’s share of those options were bought - I remember a lot of heavy buying being talked about in the 5c range.
