so less than a third of those options were converted !
rather botched by management here, when they could of extended the life of the options by issuing new options to the then current holders, for a fee say .1 cent for a new strike of 5 cents.
now the under writer has shares paid @ 3 cents & a %6 fee for the privaledge not a good way to treat long standing share/option holders ?
