Brilliant to obtain those documents, Growler. It has possible insider trading smeared all over it with the selling of the 23m Aegean (Aegian) Pal shares and who are the owners of these shares. A quick check as to where the SP went afterwards reveals a lot and will be difficult for any Director to justify.
