No, I don't think QHL will be building these either. Rather they'll just be producing easily manufactured components that won't have a massive setup cost with tooling, i.e. basic panels and access covers like they do on F-35. And then they'll likley be providing composite repair facilities as a part of the in service support contract that was likely part of the purchase package (I haven't checked to see if ISS was included, but it generally is with major defence procurements).
I was just providing some total numbers about what would be available for the manufacturing of these unmanned aircraft - the size of the pie if you will. The pie slice QHL will get is TBD, but it'll be a fraction of the figures I've estimated.
