Isn't the announcement an indication that Hazer does not see the options will be in the money? Specifically this bit:
The Company notes that the Options are substantially “out of the money”.
So why even post this announcement if they have any inkling they can have something to make the SP hit the $0.75 strike price in the next few weeks? More likely Hazer knows that it will be neigh impossible hence the announcement.
