It's the prior knowledge issue. Started selling days before 12 Sept. Sold out holding and then announced it on the ISX forum. Why/how received the knowledge re the OM report - look back at later 2018 HC ISX posts JLo, MHP....there is also a whole OM JLo thread deleted from HC back in 2018.

I did see JLo said he/she and you are from the same backgrounds. Doesn't mean JLo is still working in that same background.

I'm very surprised by JLo's response but truly if you look at the actual wording in JLo's 12 Sept 2019 OM/ISX - the 'sold all shares during the past few days post'....you can see why others have questioned it.

Don't draw attention to yourself JLo - how else can I phrase that?
