    "Sophisticated investors"???????????????????????? Who are they? If they are so sophisticated, the company has announced their name.

    Anyone could be sophisticated investors as long as you have the money and approach your broker. Your broker will classify you as a sophisticated investor. Don't be naïve with this terminology "Sophisticated".
