MNS options seem to vest immediately when granted, so he could have progressively exercised options, sold the shares, realized cash and then rinse & repeat multiple times.

I guess 135k pure profit must be small change for someone whose 72k shares is going to make him into a millionaire/billionaire (smarter people than me have valued the gigafactories, so I've lost track of the expected share price once.....)

Another 4.5m options expire next month but 1.5m options are out of the money, but lets see what the holders do (my guess is the 3m in the money options held by Poullas, Tsegas & Jooste-Jacobs)....are they going to put in another 900k?
