Everytime a director sells it has to be announced. So it is difficult for directors to sell shares without causing questions to arise in the market place.
We don't know the financial situation of every director on the MNS board. its not easy to finance or find $800,000 for option conversion. It deosnt matter how good an opportunity is... if you don't have the cash unfortunately you can't take up the opportunity.
That's why the really rich get richer so much easier!
