Didn't Thompson pass on the last parcel of options from a previous issue?
Has he ever reached into his wallet and paid for any shares or oppie conversions?
Is the company paying out over 10% of its cash reserves on management salaries?
Had the "independent" board ever held management accountable for missed times frames?
I would attend the AGM and ask lots of questions but from my experience they are little more than a fluffy love in where a rock sits on a table with a light connected to it.
