At this stage it is guesswork, but I see Pocock and Mclarty were originally in the mix for 2.4m. Their sell actions since the boardroom bust up (my opinion ) that saw Pocock and Walsh resign, would suggest they would not support.
In terms of tightening the register HZR is probably the better for it IMO
