On what basis do you assume the company should have a mkt cap in the order of $60m avago? This is a small exploration company, with no ore reserves that I'm aware of, no resources released from all their exploration spend over the last few years and no significant results from the work in Sth Australia and not a whole lot of cash. I think it's over valued at $20m and if this alleged seller exists, he/she's a shrewd operator who's making the best of a bad situation.
