From what people have been saying on HC last year, it appears that he has been selling AMG shares down by the load. Note he currently has a pending legal suit by ASIC on share price manipulation.

So if you are the BOD, each with around or more than 20m shares, would you do anything that will make the SP run above the exercise price? Only to have the optionholders converting and dumping the 50m shares in the market and cause a SP crash.
