Earthquake may have seen the price go down, if people even knew about it! However, the SP went in two days from 4.8c down to 3.9c on May 12 and there was no earthquake then. Like in March when the SP closed down into the 3c range, we then saw the conversion of 2 convertible notes.
I would not be surprised to see another announcement soon re more conversions. Take the price as low as you can fella's...all it is is greed. Or the phrase "making a perpetual living" off us suckers the shareholders.
This stock has been sold down for over a year and nothing has been done to stop it.
