You need to register with Automic group as a user with your HIN, once registered and logged in you should have a “Notice of exercise of options” form available to download. Fill out the form and return via email or mail to the address on the form, pay the money via EFT or cheque and you’re done. Unsure of timeframes involved, might be best to email the company.
