Should also add that the proposed conversion ratios are struck based on stale valuations, i.e. they should have struck the conversion ratios based on relative NAVs between the four vehicles at a future effective date 3/6 months from now when the inevitable valuation downgrades have actually come through. Suspect this would result in less unfair advantage to CD4 from likely holding the most inflated assets...
