Have you considered the 30-Jun-22 distribution that was paid to CD3 unitholders? Refer to ASX announcements prior to the merger - a distribution of A$0.24 of paid to CD3 unitholders on 19-Aug-22. I am fairly sure this represents a distribution of the cash on balance sheet at 30-Jun-22.
The EM refers to further distributions being received from the underlying GPs post 30-Jun-22.
