Pls see my response to Volf. For CD3, you must deduct the 24.1c that was accrued XD in the 30 June balance sheet as a liability, and paid to unitholders on 19 August. Yes you are right about the cash interest in the LPs, but the Funds are not allowed to direct the LPs to pay up that money to the Funds. It’s true that the Funds will eventually receive that cash, as the LPs’ portfolios are wound down, but we can’t control when we get it- so it’s safer to exclude it from the present analysis. I have done my calculations only on the cash held at the Fund level, which is within the control of the RE to pay out to unitholders
