Yes I'm nearly certain they carry it at market value, however they own 20% of the company so:
1. If they tried to exit, it'd take a very long time and would depress the price. So whilst likely valued at market prices, it's not really worth that because they couldn't even get close to exiting at that price. 2. Look at the financial accounts (or the lack of because they're possibly getting delisted for not producing any!), they show this is an unprofitable med tech "shitco" and if you valued it yourself, you'd probably not want to buy it even if it dropped 80% from today. 3. ~80% of the company is owned by a few large insto's and there's no liquidity.
The valuation is absurd and hope it's not indicative of the rest of the CPF portfolio. Or even worse, I hope this is not where a large part of the CPF gains have come from because then the gains are fake because they aren't exiting this at anywhere close to the current mark.
