I do get what you are saying, If trying to sell a PE block in the secondary market you are essentially distressed. expect to be punched in the face.
Personally, I don't really care what the NTA does, we all know it lags 3mths at best, and has various valuation metrics. I'm a long-term holder purely for distributions. Only my ego hurts thinking or seeing the NTA vs SP gap move.
Needless to say that's why 5 minutes ago I voted against all the resolutions.
