I was quite +ve ref the impact AI could be implemented in PIL model
Meanwhile ...I see figures quoted like 10 cents for effectively a referral fee on a loan .
So to make a $million ...they have to do 10 million of these loans .etc etc ..... how many have they done to date ????

Quite the contrary . Just been watching PILs predictable performance over the last few years of non fulfilment.
However l can see a real and massive impact on what they have been trying.to do IF they can harness AI to.atomate 95% of the processes involved.
That shouldn't be too much of an issue .
But let's see .....
