Regards the takeover, i wouldnt want to be a minority exu holder with RMS having controling interest in EXU as they will do what they want with the company and minority share holders just have to take whats happening. Plus who knows ,after the offer closes perhaps the share price will dive. From experience with OZL takeover of AVB, i suggest it wont be long before 90 per cent gained and compulsory acquisition kicks in. Good luck to any EXU holders standing firm, you may well need all the luck you can get.
