MZ even mentioned the "D" word ....delisting....as a veiled threat !
Seen this done recently by a majority holder and ASX allowed .
Unless someone had a big quantity of shares , waited 'til offer closed and tried to do a special deal with RMS later .
Might be possible but "creep" would be their enemy so seems unlikely .Also RMS likely would do it without that parcel of shares .
On balance , yes , accept reality if you're EXU holdout seems best option .
