Excellent news. PM signing off is simply a formality at this point. Clearly the Department of Mines and the Minister of Mines have approved the mining licence to be awarded, and that was the tricky bit. Just hope the team is talking to more potential partners than just Changsha, if only for the negotiating leverage.
