These pegs are pretty deep. I can see why the market isn't loving this.
As for their uranium play, well. Moonlight seems to be a non traditional uranium play, focusing on uranium mineralization in pegmatites. A mineral deposit style which has produced appreciable quantities of Uranium only in Madagascar. As for their REE's, I would suggest management do some preliminary met work, and see if they can actually A) Extract anything of value from the samarskites, and B) Produce a beneficiated concentrate.
