I don't think Bin is good at talking infront of the camera. He is the founder and a geologist. Plus all the relationships with China. For now, that's OK. Once you get bigger, then a replacement with Corporate skill is required. The company needs to do a lot more PR exercises plus put money where their mouth is by buying on the market.
