    you can look at it another way. If they have drilled to the original planned target of 1600 metres then they would have a reason to do so.

    In the past they have stopped drilling when the geology has changed. For example HWD003

    They stopped the drill at 1197 metres due to a reduction in mineralisation and encountering biotite which is not associated with IOCG mineralisation.

    I am sure they would have the same intention to stop on this hole if they struck significant lengths of non IOCG type of mineralisation.

    So, to me, its a bullish sign if they have drilled to 1600 metres or even further if signs of mineralisation continue past 1600 metres. At a conservative 50 mtrs per day they must be around at least the 1500 metre mark now.
